Joe McMillin

Joe started working with Steve in 1998 part time while he attended school. He started working in the shower door division making towel bars. Over the next few years Joe was trained in multiple areas of the shower door division. Steve noticed Joe had excelled in all the divisions within the shower door company and transferred him to the newly created Powder Coating division. Joe started as a general prep worker and then the lead powder coater over the next 4 years. When a position became available in sales Joe jumped at the opportunity. Since then Joe has gone on to manage Quality powder coating for the last 13 years and now over sees the day to day operations of Quality Powder Coating.
